yeah i've heard of those, i'd hate to be stung by one of them!
thank you so much, yeah tawny definately had some wolf in her too, she would always howl at the moon just like a wolf. thanks again
I think I heard of those. They were on the news a little while ago, I think. I'm not sure but they could have said that they were only discovered lately and that they're the most dangerous species.
A load of jellyfish washed up on a beach here in Dublin when I went there with my cousins for a day out a few years ago. We had to try and step in between them and do some really long detours around them not to get stung. They were huge and pinky. Any idea what type they could have been ? It wasn't as scary as these box jellyfish sound anyway.
My dad got stung by a jellyfish years ago aswell. He ended up in hospital and I think they had to try to get the tentacles off his leg or something. He said it was very painful.
At least we don't get many jellyfish here in Dublin.

P.S. Did you ever see the sea monster thing that was on the news worldwide last year ? It was like some kind of big blue/black octopus thing with tentacles, I think. I remember thinking that it looked creepy and so did the rest of my family. It was some species of jellyfish or something that was meant to be extinct and hadn't been seen in over 100 years, I think. I can't get the details exactly as it is at least a year since that but that's basically what it was about. Did you see it ? I think it was on Sky News...
